Established in January 1999 by Frans Van der Walt (B.Sc (QS) (Honours), PrQS (2167), PMAQS, MRICS).
Frans van der Walt, being the exceptionally experienced Managing Director of QS2000 Plus, has more than 3 decades of experience in the Construction Industry. In this period he ensured that he stays abreast of developments and innovations within the Quantity Surveying field. He also mentored and supervised Senior - and Junior/Candidate Quantity Surveying staff which he managed.
Over time Mr. Van der Walt also became recognised as a Strategic Development Advisor in some instances for prospective Developers of Mega projects.
In February 2022 we converted the Practice from a CC to a (Pty) Ltd and at the same time also achieved and was registered as a B-BBEE Level 2 (Construction sector) (52,48% Black Youth Owned) which should set us up for more exiting times !!

To manage professionally, in association with the other professions and disciplines, the best possible result for any prospective developer within the particular relationship of cost, time, quality and performance, to satisfy the needs of the development.
We see ourselves as always playing a meaningful role in the success of projects from strategic planning to beyond completion, with all tasks and initiatives undertaken aimed at reducing the financial and other development risks to our client, the developer.
